Crew-day and pricing method
Pricing changes are recorded locally in the estimate revision history. This is not an tamper-proof or management approval system. Do not issue a reduced-multiplier quote without management authorization.
For multiplier mode, direct costs already include equipped crew days, materials and subcontractors. The multiplier replaces separate overhead/contingency/profit calculations to avoid double counting. Typical planning range: 1.75–2.00×; adjust by project.
Bathroom tile takeoff · Development
Enter actual tiled dimensions in feet. Each surface uses its own tile-box coverage. Material boxes round UP; installation labor retains measured square footage.
The $5,200 figure is an editable reference only, not a confirmed quote. Itemized mode creates measured $0-cost scope lines to price individually. Package mode creates one lump-sum direct-cost line; it does not add separate tile labor or materials.
Main bathroom floor waterproofing is excluded by default; uncoupling is a separate treatment and is not automatically a waterproof assembly. For a traditional tiled shower pan, include pre-slope mortar, waterproof liner/membrane, final mortar bed and drain/curb details; bonded systems and prefabricated trays use different assemblies and must not be double-counted. Pan assembly is a scope reminder, not yet a material quantity or priced line. Waterproofing shown is preliminary shower-wall and tiled-shower-floor area, plus main bathroom floor only when waterproof-floor treatment is selected. Uncoupling roll coverage is an editable illustrative default, not a verified product specification. Actual systems may require overlaps, seams, niches, curbs, tub surrounds, pan detailing, or additional substrate areas. Verify the selected manufacturer's approved assembly and packaging. This calculator does not price installation and must not duplicate work already included in a $5,200 subcontractor package.

Pricing calculator
Overhead and contingency are added to direct costs; profit is calculated as a margin on the final selling price (not a simple markup).
